Overview
Some of the most common questions that HR personnel constantly ask themselves are largely woven around matters relating to analytics and metrics methodology. Questions like, “how do I predict ? ”, and “when do I make the decision to hire?”. These questions can be answered if we keep key HR metrics and analyze the data to make informed decisions. HR analytics and metrics methodology are integrated process for improving the quality of people-related decisions in order to improve individual and organizational performance. In this course we take a look at important key metrics and the gradual approach to analyzing these data to help predict future organizational HR needs. This course will also prepare participants who are interested in acquiring industry certifications for HRCI certifications.
