Mrs. Elizabeth Olofin creates and executes Strategy, Learning, and Development Solutions. She currently works as a Freelance Strategy Consultant. Before then, she was the CEO, ThistlePraxis Consulting Limited. She has worked for over 15 years in management positions in business as well as Not-For-Profit organizations.

She is a member of the Rotary Club of Lagos; Humanistic Management Network, Nigeria, and has served as a Mentor to Entrepreneurs on Enterprise Development Platforms. In line with her interest in sustainability, she serves as a member of, National Steering Committee UNDP Global Environment
Facility-Small Grants Programme. Recently, she was appointed as a Member of the Learning, Education and Training Committee, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce.
